The system allows automated queue management and appointment booking

Navia Life Care, an innovative health technology startup has launched its latest artificial intelligence-powered system, Navia QM. The system allows automated queue management and appointment booking, which manages patient walk-ins, scheduled appointments, reduces chaos in the clinic and hospitals by reducing human error and registering patients automatically. There is an enormous surge in efficiency as it delays bookings if the doctor is in an emergency case. It also disables bookings automatically in case the doctor is on scheduled leave.

Kunal Kishore Dhawan, Co-founder and CEO, Navia Life Care stated, “Navia Life Care has made an excellent effort into changing the equation between patients, doctors, and hospitals. We have now launched Navia QM with a similar intention which will revolutionise the tiresome process of organising patient walk-ins and scheduling appointments.”

The system will automatically allot token numbers and inform patients of their estimated waiting time which makes the process hassle-free as well as reduces stress. Doctors could also check in to notify their change in schedules, and the message of the same would immediately be forwarded to the concerned patients.

Navia QM is an asset-light product and does not require the patients to download an app or render any space in their phones. Hospitals without proper systems need not have a disadvantage as the programme can be accessed and operated directly on mobile phones by the doctors, staff or the management. Additionally, the system comes with a tablet- or a mobile-based POS or kiosk that be used for the purview of “self-check-ins” by patients within the hospital.

An artificial intelligence-powered system, Navia QM is more like a helping hand and a self-learning, adjusting system that collates data on a real-time basis. It observes the behaviour pattern of the doctor and optimises the waiting time, other specifications and informs the same to the patient via SMS in real time.

Navia QM is part of a larger Navia SMART platform, which gives providers a statistical analysis of factors which impact the relationship between the involved parties like patient retention, ROI on Tech Expense and staff time spent. It also gives customer insights such as the total number of patients, average waiting time and revenues made.

Navia QM is currently working in over 100 clinics and hospitals, with a target to reach 2500 in the next six months.
