Dr Shravan Subramanyam takes charge as President & CEO of GE Healthcare, India & South Asia and MD, Wipro GE Healthcare

Besides an MBBS degree from Madras Medical College and a Masters in Health Administration from Cornell University, US, Dr Subramanyam has over 15 years of senior management and leadership experience in global and regional leadership roles at Roche, Novartis, Dade Behring and Ehrlich Laboratories

Dr Shravan Subramanyam takes over as President & CEO, GE Healthcare India & South Asia and MD, Wipro GE Healthcare. He succeeds Nalinikanth (Nal) Gollagunta who will be taking up a new role as the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the GE Healthcare Digital organisation post transition.

Dr Subramanyam’s last assignment was MD India and neighbouring markets, Roche Diagnostics, responsible for commercial operations, market access, customer experience and digital transformation efforts. He will be responsible for building on Wipro GE’s expansion plans, delivering on commercial outcomes, strategic growth objectives, and driving partnerships in the region. He will continue to advance the company’s agenda of innovating disruptive technology and business solutions to enhance access to high-quality, affordable healthcare solutions.
