Introduces an online platform to get in touch with the ambulance assistance

Credihealth, has activated an emergency-care service by helping users gain quick access to an ambulance during the wee hours. Leading hospitals in the Delhi/NCR region have partnered with Credihealth to be a part of this endeavour.

Credihealth claims that they will ensure full-proof emergency transfers to hospitals during the night (for critical medical examinations like stroke, road accidents, cardiac arrest etc). In the pilot phase of its launch, this exclusive technology-enabled service can be accessed by people residing in the satellite town of Gurugram.

This new synergy among the nearly (1800 ambulances) plying in the Delhi/NCR region, enabled by your trusted tech-partner Credihealth will go an extra-mile in helping the patients and, especially the family members. This is the time when moments of anxiety and panic take the better of you. Credihealth service team will act like a virtual ‘caretaker’ during this need of the hour. It will, on your behalf, coordinate with the delivery provider so that the service is ensured to patients.

According to Credihealth research, about 350-400 admissions take place at night in Delhi NCR, out of which almost 65 per cent of cases mark serious medical situations such as trauma, stroke, and potential heart attacks. These are clinically life-threatening health conditions, which require immediate medical attention. It is absolutely critical to approach a doctor/specialist in your vicinity, so that adequate care can be provided in time. Failing which, there can be dire medical consequences for the patient, often resulting in death-all due to lack of proper treatment.

Credihealth services to the patient will be free of cost. In other words, there is no extra cost attached to booking an ambulance using the Credihealth m-app. Only normal ambulance charges, which are the direct transaction cost between the provider and the patient, will continue to apply.

Credihealth officially appeals to institutes, corporates, NGOs, schools & hospitals to help further this cause by:

Creating awareness about the importance of quick and easy accessibility to ambulance services

Ensuring important telephone numbers are shared on prominent notice boards

Downloading the credihealth app for a quicker access to ambulance services

Empanelment of Hospital Ambulance services on the Credihealth Mobile App
