Aquity’s Brand launch at AHIMA 2019 Conference in Chicago recently witnessed many endorsements, which speaks volumes about the institution’s immersive technology breakthrough in areas of coding and scribing which has propelled the Brand Equity to next level.

“India as a country plays a pivotal role in executing global healthcare demands as it is the largest market for trained resources. Hence, with offices and operation centres spread across seven cities with a vision to extend the network, Aquity is helping resources find employment on a pan-India scale”, said Agnelo Rodrigues, Executive Director, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, Aquity Solutions India.

He added, “The demographic pattern of India is challenging with a 35 per cent urban and 65 per cent rural distribution of its populace. Hence, the intent to seek rural markets for discovering, training and absorbing skilled talent and bringing together the right mix of people is our mission.”

Further to it, Kashyap Joshi, President and CEO, Aquity Solutions, said, “Aquity Solutions will be a new employment source generator for para-medical professionals and aims to create the most talented pool of manpower that is scalable and adaptable to the growing needs of any organisation.”

The resource pool has to be from healthcare professionals who have academic proficiencies by virtue of their MBBS– Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, BDS – Bachelor of Dental Surgery, BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, BUMS – Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery, BHMS – Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical Engineering courses.

A finding has shown that not all of these professionals have had satisfactory employment or longer hours with minimal pay, heavy documentation, increasing higher education costs, or even more demanding patients. However, the truth is that doctors are citing burnout at the highest rates in history. So, these professionals have ventured out to seek alternative professions like medical education jobs, online healthcare solutions, medical writer/editor, corporate/insurance physicians, etc.

Digital penetration in the rural sector is growing phenomenally. According to market research agency Kantar IMRB, India’s internet users are expected to register double-digit growth to reach 627 million in 2019. Driven by rapid internet growth in rural areas, the usage in the country has exceeded half-a-billion people for the first time, pegged at 566 million, driven by rural internet growth and usage.

In its ICUBE 2018 report that tracks digital adoption and usage trends in India, it noted that the number of internet users in India has registered double digit growth, most of it in the rural markets

Creating jobs has been paramount for absorbing the juggernaut of uncertainties of employment which is slowly gathering momentum.

In the coming future, Aquity plans to integrate the stimulus of all these factors like reaching out to healthcare professionals seeking alternatives, penetrating the rural resource markets to scoop out talent, partnering in Skill and Digital India’s vision of transforming raw talent into a productive resource, and being an ever-growing resource capital for its global markets.
