Arvi, a healthcare solution for senior citizens, recently launched its emergency response app in India. Through the SOS App, senior citizens can press a single button on their mobile screens and get medical support from Arvi.

Arvi is a healthcare management platform for senior citizens which provides a smart medical alert system that offers emergency and non- emergency medical assistance with doorstep convenience. The main aim is to help senior citizens by tracking, monitoring and improving their health outcomes.

In case of any emergencies, seniors can just click a button on their home screen and an alarm is created. With this, an automatic alert is sent to five family members and Arvi support team can track the GPS location of mobile every sixty seconds and schedule an ambulance/ paramedic to the spot.

Arvi offers a 24/7 support manned by medical professionals who are trained to handle emergencies. Arvi also engages a roster of doctors specialising in emergency medicine to quickly get on a call and talk to senior or immediately available family members.

Speaking about the Arvi App launch, Sushant Reddy, Co-Founder & CEO, Arvi, said, “India does not have an easy, professional and reliable emergency response. Using a mix of medical alert devices, mobile app and wearables, Arvi is trying to provide a 360-degree emergency response system that works wherever a person is. We designed our app keeping in view that most senior citizens are not very tech savvy.”

The App is available for both Android and IOS users. Arvi would be launching their devices with SOS button, GPS tracking, continuous healthcare monitoring by April.

Arvi has a dedicated team of technical, operations, marketing resources and a dedicated panel of doctors. Eminent alliance partners such as Thyrocare and 1mg have helped Arvi offer diagnostic checkup and pharmacy delivery services respectively. Arvi is also partnering with major hospital chains in South India.
