Lokmanya Group of Hospitals announced the launch of their fourth hospital in Swargate, Pune. They have three more hospitals, one in Chinchwad, Pune; the other in Nigdi pune; and third in Kolhapur. A one-stop outpatient facility offering comprehensive orthocare, Lokmanya Hospital Swargate will be launched on June 8 at Mitra Mandal Chowk at Balgandharva Rangamandir.

This new hospital will be inaugurated by Lt Gen DB Shekatkar. On this occasion, Lokmanya Hospital is organising a health fair for the senior citizens. There will also be an insightful discourse on ‘How to prevent arthritis,’ by Dr Narendra Vaidya followed by a melodious music recital by renowned vocalist Anand Bhate in the inauguration ceremony.

Spread over an area of 15,000 sq ft, the 40 bed, Lokmanya Hospital at Mitra Mandal Chowk will provide treatment for the entire range of orthopedic and spine disorders through joint replacements, spinal surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, advanced physiotherapy, trauma and rehabilitation amongst others.

Dr Narendra Vaidya, Chief Executive Medical Director, LHPL and Chief Joint Replacement & Spine Surgeon, Lokmanya Hospital, said, “The new hospital has been custom created for providing world-class orthopaedic care and rehabilitation to the patients. We are pleased that we have achieved the milestone of treating one and half lakh patients till today and look forward to benefit and heal more patients to make them lead a good and pain free life”.

Lokmanya Hospital, Swargate boasts of advance technology offering Computer Navigated Joint Replacement surgeries. It will also provide advanced treatments like coblation and laser guided surgery for various spinal problems and backache. The dedicated Sports Medicine department will provide treatment for the emerging and budding sportsmen.
