Beams Hospital relaunched in Khar

Beams Hospital announced the re-launch of its new centre at Khar, Mumbai. It was inaugurated by Niraj Manglam, CEO, Beams Hospital and Founder of UK-based Nu Cosmetic Clinic alongwith Dr Mahesh Patwardhan, Chief Laparoscopic Gyneac Surgeon from London.

The centre would be delivering services spanning across different specialties including bariatric surgery, laparoscopic surgery, maternity, general surgery, gynecology, and cosmetic surgery. Dr Patwardhan and his team of surgeons would provide consultation and surgical intervention for all surgery related gyneac issues.

The new Beams Hospitals, located at Khar, is a 18-bed boutique facility spanning 12000 sq ft is spread over four floors and has three HDU/ICU beds, supported by trained staff.

Manglam remarked, “It has been our endeavour to establish our presence across the country and I am pleased with the launch of our centre. We see tremendous opportunity for growth in Mumbai. Beams ensures quality care by bringing together the very best of technology with renowned specialists and I am sure that people will appreciate the value of short stay surgery here with Beams.”

Manglam talks about his expansion plans and says, “Currently we have four centres across India in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Amritsar and Mumbai. Ambit Pragma is investing $20 million or Rs 110 crores to set up BEAMS centres in Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune. We are also looking at Mangalore and Secunderabad. For each centre, the investment is around Rs 8 crores to 12 crores. All these centres would be operational by the next two years.”
